Aims:

Content:
The first two day introduction will focus on the content and structure of the course, expectations etc. Home base teams will be set up and home base assignments looking at articles, websites, activities to build communication and relationships as well as quotes on leadership and or change.
Other sessions include:
- Helps and hindrances to change
- Skill set required of a leader in the change process
- Looking at change and the needs of people (personally and professionally) in the change process
- Jig-sawing an entire book on leading change
- Looking at different change models and applying this info to your change project
- Presentations of your project
- Solution focused session
- Coaching session
- Vision setting
- Sustaining change
